    Yeah, that is why we were thinking of "skilt". Billie skirts, or billir kilts, are too short and have a yoke in the front.

    Okay, time to fess up. While I was the first of us to buy a kilt, my cousin, Boisepiper was the only one to take up the pipes. We both trace our Scottish lineage through our mothers (who were sisters) to our grqndfather whose own grandparents had emigrated from Scotland.
