and looking forward to hearing how it goes. I've been wearing it for years and can count the negative comments on a couple of fingers. Of course I do see frowns occasionally but that could be indigestion etc and have nothing to do with me. I generally have at least one positive comment every time I'm out and about.

lol..My bosses had never seen me in a Kilt and didn't know I was a Kilt wearer. I showed up at a company meeting, of course I out dressed them all. It was weird no one even batted an eye. not what I was expecting and had no negative looks or comments. Good luck, enjoy that day and also welcome to X, new user here as well

I have already showed up at a meeting of department chairs. Most made no comment at all. The Dean liked it. Universities generally allow a lot of freedom for such things, so there would be no reason why there would be an official problem, but a classroom full of young students is an entirely different story. Should be interesting.

I'm not sure why anyone wouldn't like seeing a man in a Kilt. Maybe the Kids will learn something after seeing you in something as awesome as a Kilt. They need something to open their eyes. Good luck with that and ENJOY your day Kilting in class
