Kilts on PBS
I am still a bit new to this Forum but you can see kilts in the Masterpiece Theater show Bertie and Elizabeth. Of course they are the traditional tartan kilts. No utilikilts there.

I'll have to check it out.... I didn't think Masterpiece Theater was even on anymore.....
