I am shedding tears, preparing to say goodbye, practicing non-attachement
Something I usually do not do- have a catharsis is public, but I know that some here will understand.
Long story short- I am putting a long and trusted friend up for sale, and growing ever more morose as I try to pull it all together.

The longer part of the story is this- I am the vehicle manager and chief mechanic for my family of 4 soon to be 5 drivers. Due to recent car failures to the point of- let's not sink any more money into this, we have shifted cars around between Phoenix and Tucson (where my two U students live) and have purchased two new vehicles (my wife and I) using some cars for trade- ins- especially one I had promised my soon-to-be 16 year old that he would drive. So I am converting one more asset from two wheels into four and my eyes are leaking.
I know this will turn around someday, and then my youngest will be ready to drive.
Meanwhile, thanks for the shoulder.
