What exactly does "Off Topic" mean?...
Yesterday I posted a link to a headline article that I saw on the front page of the New York Times online--top headline on the FRONT PAGE! In fact, as I type, it is still present on the front page of nytimes.com. The article is about "fully regimental" hikers in the snowy Alps. My reason for posting it here was because of the MANY photos of XMTS kilties posing in their snowy climes. To me it was a lighthearted affirmation that a wool kilt is indeed plenty warm enough for snowy climes.
Unfortunately, it immediately got pulled. So, Mods and everyone else, what is the "criteria" for "Off Topic" posts?
