Anyone here of this site before? They sell bagpipe and bagpipe accessories here. I was wondering of the quality, if anyone knew.

It appears to be the usual south asian stuff. Quality will tend to be low, and quality assurance non-existent; you may get a set of pipes that will be (barely) playable with some work (polishing the drone bores, replacing the chanter and bag, new reeds) or you may get something that will only work for kindling.
I'd stay very far away, myself.

You'll notice that you have to scroll through what must be pages of rosewood pipes before you get to the Walsh pipes, which they can't offer nearly so much of a "discount" on (indeed, they seem a bit pricey to me).
That being said, if you knew what you were looking for, you could but a set of good pipes there. But why risk it? As I've said in another thread, with bagpipes, you really do get what you pay for. I would be highly suspicious of any set of pipes that cost less than about $800 (and even then, I'd take a close look). A $300 set of rosewood pipes isn't good for much more than nailing to the den wall as a conversation piece. Blackwood is expensive, and has to be aged, dried, lathed, etc., etc.
I'll get off my bagpipe snob soapbox now. I've never dealt with them, but from the website, my take is that they sell a lot of junk, with a few overpriced but good products in stock as well.

Well, actually I wasn't looking for bagpipes when I saw it, I was actually looking at their lutes and then I saw the pipes, but it looked kinda suspicious.

Update on that site
I see your question was posted some time ago. I bought a great set of McCallum bagpipes from this site. They have a large selection of top brand sets. I can only speak for myself, but my set is fabulous. And it was the lowest price on the web.
