Using Weighted Clips When Hang Drying a Kilt
Never had a good pic of this - so here it is.

I make my clips from replacement hanger clips found in bags in the hanger section of any big box store. I use duct tape to tape half ounce fishing weights to each side of each clip.
After washing the kilt in the washing machine I hang it on three hangers, then straighten the pleats, and hang one weighted clip to each pleat.
The weight of the clip pulls the pleat straight while it dries. No need to iron. Fast, easy, convenient.
You can also use those weighted clips they sell to hold picnic tablecloths down but they're a lot more expensive.
I didn't do it here, but you can also put clips on the inside pleats if you wanna.
Kilt is a Utilikilts Survival II in desert digital camo, but you can use the clips when hang drying most any kilt.
I took the cargo pockets off to make it easier to straighten the pleats under the pockets.
