I've just cracked the cap on a Weeping Radish Weizen. Weeping Radish is a small craft brewery on the Outer Banks of NC that brews strictly to the German Reinheitsgebot Laws.
I just finished a mess of chores, painting, refinishing, fix the built-in vacuum, and I'm now sitting back enjoying a frosty cold Henry Weinhards Root Beer!
Time for a dram of Lagavulin. It's a special occasion today. I am all alone at home - Wife and kids are out for two whole days!! I can't remember the last time this happened. Now comes Turpin-time.
