Tartan ID
Anyone recognise this simple sett. It's a modern tartan, possibly for an association or sme such and appears to be based on MacKay/Douglas type tartans.

Except that the Freedom tartan has blue at the edge of the green and try as I may I cannot see it in the image in the OP.
