    Knitters I need help... 911

Hello out there, calling all knitters... I have 2 pairs of kilt hose; one solid and one Argyle that need some small holes repaired, before they grow.. Is this possible? If so anyone want to take up the job? I will pay or would be willing to trade malt whisky....

Where are the holes? Are they in the toe or the heel? It is fairly simple to darn them if they are, youtube has a great selection of " how to darn socks" videos. You do not need to know how to knit to repair holes like this in the foot of a sock. If the holes are in the leg it's bit more complicated but still doable. Check out the videos, if you still need help you can PM me.

It should be perfectly possible as long as things have not deteriorated too far.

However - 'some' holes - it is usually a fiddly and time consuming task and it is sometimes more cost effective to make new ones rather than repair old ones just because of the time involved.

    Just thought I'd warn you.

So one of the holes is on the side of the foot on the solid pair and on the cuff where it folds over on the Tartan pair. I think DBHpiper is going to take crack at them... THANKS!
