Let me introduce myself as a hobbyist

As I am now a Registered Hobbyists here I would like to introduce myself and some of my work. I was born and raised in Colorado where I have spent most of my life. I have been seen around some of the highland festivals in the state and seem to find my way to the places where a blacksmith, weaver, or leather worker is sitting under a tent. I have been making many things most of my life and after I started taking bagpipe lessons I have started making my own Highland accessories. Sporrans seem to be the most addictive part of Highland clothing for me to make. Below are pictures of some of my favorite sporrans that I have made.

I have also done some metal work and am still working on perfecting my metal casting skills. I have also done chain mail and other types of armor in the past. Below is the best I have done so far with casting metal.

I'm glad to see you choose this route. The varied tastes of the XMark crowd will aid with new designs, textures of materials, color options, (this list can go on). Thanks for all you offer us.
