1000 up
Hi Folks,
if I've counted right, this is my 1000th post and I've learned so much from all of you, for which I extend my thanks. And thanks also to Steve and the Mods for maintaining this forum in such a polite and civilized fashion.
Here's to the next 1000 int:!
Regards, Sav.

Congratulations on the milestone.
But, as I think back on all the years of X Marks it is not really myself or the staff who should take credit for the polite and respectful attitude here. It is the members like yourself who police yourselves that make this community what it is.
My job is to keep the forum on line. I also tried my best to set up a system where the members can feel at home. Another function I try to perform is insure that the system is such that the staff have very little to do. They are not required to pour over each and every post looking for things wrong. They only respond to issues brought to them by the members.
This forum is run by you, the members. If it is a nice place then you should all pat yourselves on the back for what you have created.
Any member who has posted here 1000 times must take a lion's share of that credit.
Well done, and congratulations.
