    Adds a bit of colour

Yesterday, most unfortunately, I had to wear my jeans for most of the day due to some mucky jobs I had to do. I stopped for half hour to go to the shop and get some cold beers (Newcastle Brown by the way). Walking back I was deep in thought and my head was looking at the pavement when I heard a women say hello. I looked up and it was someone we know to say hello to. We chatted for quite a few minutes and during our converstaion she said to me, 'no kilt today then'. Not today I said. 'There's a shame, I always think it adds a bit of colour to the neighbourhood'. Over the past year or so this is the second time this has happened to me.
