The aging mind is a dangerous thing...
So sue me...I like to hear Elvis sing. Have my car radio on the Sirius Elvis Channel. So this afternoon I'm out and about and suddenly Elvis is singing a song about shakin' it up and I had this vision of "What if" Elvis had worn kilts when he did his gyrations???
Did a little research and apparently there is at least one Elvis reenactor that did...
Then my mind drifted to modern technology....certainly all the new movie technology could take an old video of Elvis in concert and Photoshop a kilt onto him. Would probably take a physicist to figure out how the kilt would react to Elvis' gyrations...
Elvis could probably have "snapped" the pleats like a bullwhip with some of his moves...
Probably missing a "Kilted Elvis" out there already - way ahead of my hallucinations...visions of "Kilted Elvis dancing in my head...
It gets worse every day....

I can't sleep for the sound of those 16 ounce pleats popping like bullwhips...

Kilted Elvis ... hmm ... ?
I'm caught in a trap ... I can't get out ... because my kilt is snagged on your jewelry .
We can't go on together with these suspicious binds .
Elvis has left the building .

What color hose would you wear with blue suede shoes?

Well, I have a pretty good first step....I have my car radio dialed in to the Elvis Channel on Sirius and I'm thinking about a visit to Graceland some day... and some of the insane thoughts I have about Elvis rockin and gyrating in a kilt are certainly second step insanity....

Get a picture of you standing in front of Graceland in a kilt.
Better yet, a blue suede kilt.
