    In All Honesty

    Hell-o all,

I was asked a question today that in all honesty I could not answer at the time. So all I said was I did not know.

The question was "Do you own any pants?" The answer is 4. 3 suit pants and one pair of blue jeans to go to places like the hardware store to be able to blend in as I want to go in and come out quickly.

Out of curiosity why couldn't you answer at the time?

For me a two word reply would suffice. "Yes, lots."

Lol! I can see where that might be an issue.

I honestly own lots of p@nts but I'd like to get a couple more kilts to have a well-rounded wardrobe. Some trews are looking mighty nice for winter but I would go kilted more often if I had more kilts.

Seriously, GMan, no worries about p@nts.

Speaking for myself, due to our warm SoCal weather, I've not owned a pair of jeans for over 30 years, and only own two pair of long pants: khaki which I wear to Church, and black which I wear to music gigs where I have to wear the standard musician dress (all black, usually, nowadays: black slacks and black dress shirt with black necktie).

It's shorts year round here for me and most people I know. At our pipe band practice the other day it was shorts all round the circle, shorts and flipflops, only one piper in jeans. My son is 22 and has never owned a pair of jeans.

Kilts, for me they're for playing piping gigs, mostly.

I'm 26 and have been wearing kilts since may and own 9 kilts and four pairs of jeans. I wear kilts everyday unless I have to go to a construction site then I change into a kilt when I get home!
