Heavy metal version of Donald Where's Yer Troosers

    http://soundcloud.com/projectviremia...-your-trousers

The title is self-explanatory. This version is by a Finnish band called Project Viremia.

For those who don't already know, the original is by Andy Stewart (1933-1994) and can be found here:-

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EqtFn...eature=related

Please note that the page with the HM version does have an alleged link to the Andy Stewart version, but it is really to a version used on a TV programme instead.

Don't know where this sort of thing belongs, so I posted it here.

And those of us in the metal community appreciate the post! I love melodic metal! You listen to Arch Enemy?

***EDIT*** I decided to hit up Amazon and get their demo CD.

I just heard it a couple hours ago. Really nice, but I like the Stewart version a bit more.

Well at least we don't have to look at a travesty of Highland attire being worn by some music hall and TV buffoon. So at the very least, the heavy metal version avoids that particular cringe factor.

Quite true...I do have a special place for humour for buffoons though Hahahha like the Three Stooges.

As much as I like this version, I still have to go with the Real McKenzies version. That and Scots Wha' Ha'e.
