interesting patterned kilt on Ebay

Anyhow the fabric is interesting. He says it cost $1800.
Is this one of the kilts made for that Edinburgh hotel? Or of American Southwest Native American cloth?
Hey, there's also a guy selling Seven Sterling Silver Sgian Dubhs... works out to under $500 each, eh?
