Remmber this waistcoat?

I was wondering if anyone ever located more pictures of the Duke of Edinburg or King George VI (preferably without a jacket on) or was able to find out any more about the style of waistcoat they are wearing? The style is very striking. Now, if I could just find a pattern and add lapels...
