To see or not to see!
The other day I was going up some steep stairs with the ladyfriend following closely-when I heard her:-
'I can see right up your skirt, though a bit of a waste of time at your age'.
So have a laugh on me.
By the way ignore her saying 'skirt', she just does it on occasion to wind me up.
I let her live, as it was her turn to buy coffee.

James,
See wouldn't have bothered looking if she thought she was wasting her time.

At least she's interested enough to take a peek!

I guess I'm not the only one that gets that eh.

The staff at one of the local pubs likes to have fun with me like that...usually wind up sticking me up in the lights for something nuts...
Once had a bride-to-be doing a shot off me sporran! ( all in good fun)

Not even slightly. My neighbor gives me the same flack all the time. "Oh, now that's a nice skirt. Is it new?" UGH!

Oh, I get that too. Just one neighbour, whom I know very well, never fails to refer to my non-tartan kilts as 's----s'; the tartan kilts she calls 'kilts'!! It is not a wind-up however - she's not that sort of woman. To give her credit, she constantly shows serious interest in what I'm wearing every time we meet.

James,
It sounds like it was all in good fun. Obviously not a waste of her time. It must be a good friendship.

She obviously knows that your wardrobe is an adventure in itself! How do you cope?

I have a friend at work that gives me something like this on a regular basis. He comments" Nice dress, sailor." And I reply "I bet you say that to all the girls." It's all in good fun and it reminds me not to take myself so seriously.
