    Hand knit hose toppers
My Good Lady surprised me with these hose toppers she knit for me today.
My tartan is Scott Modern Green, the hose colour is bottle Green. I like the look and she is going to make more toppers in any colour to match my other two kilts.
Any comments as to the pattern or the colours she chose?

These are Mitts she knit but a good example of colours.

They certainly add a nice touch of colour :)

Though a bit too much Sgian Dubh for me

    I think they look great!

Another, but not necessarily better, version would be to do the bottom band in yellow to match one of the other minor colors in the kilt.

It's nice to have talented friends! :D

Thanks Pacs but that is a dagger...I just shoved it in there as my Sgian Dubh was in another room. The kilt is not even put on fully...just held in front of me :)

I do need to get some diffrent couler hose as the green ones are the only ones I have... thus my Lady made me to toppers so I don't spend any more coins on my kilt outfits.... But she dosn't realize the hose inventory is not a "want" rather it is a "need".... Just as my other kilts are "Needs". It is a bad bug I have eh? I amsure most of the other guys have needs like mine. :):):)
