Are there any clansmen in Hawaii?
    Good afternoon,

I am an active duty Marine who just transferred to Hawaii. Does anyone know of any groups or activities on the island of Oahu (Honolulu County)?

    Thank you,

The Saint Andrew Society of Hawaii (SASH), Friends of Saint Patrick- go to O'Tooles in Honolulu on Sat. Kilt nights. You just missed the Hawaiian Highland Festival. The Scots & Irish in Hawaii support each other and attend each others events like the games, parades, dances, music, pub crawls, Finnegans wake, Emerald Ball, Burns Nicht & Pipe Bands. Great bunch of people!

There is an active RSCDS (Royal Scottish Country Dance Society) class in Honolulu that I had the pleasure dancing with last week. They are active in the various Highland activities in the islands and worth checking out
