Speaking as an IS type who has to clean up after these things....

It may not have installed anything insidiuous on your computer. (Whether it did or not depends on your OS, your browser, and your security settings.)

If it were MY computer, or one I have to manage.... then yes, I'd uninstall it, and clean the heck out of it.

My personal choice of tools are Spybot S&D and HijackThis. They're both freebies and pretty effective. I also use BHODemon on occasion; Depends on the circumstances.
