    links to known kiltmakers
Is there a complete list of links to known kiltmakers?
Is a web site or web page available that lists as many kiltmakers as possible? If so, where? If not, let's develop one here or ?
I want to look through that listing and study my purchase options as best as I may before choosing a newer or less known kiltmaker.

    Morrison,

After you have narrowed your options down to few places, I would recommend posting to the group.

There's a wealth of knowledge and many expereinces that can help.

    Happy kilt hunting

Here is probably a little known section of our forum that has several interesting reads. At the top is a guide to several manufacturers. It is slightly out dated but it might be a good start.

    kiltmakers listings
:O OMG! The Utilikilts website isn't in the Xmarks kiltmakers guide listings! It's kind of a no brainer for everyone but me! Some others also are not yet in the guide either. And that's ok for now. Eventually, I surmise, that that info will settle into place. :p

The Xmarks guide is an excellent start point for any and all shoppers and/or investigators intent on making a thorough scouring of available North American kiltmakers.

Hmmm? European kiltmakers? I think I'll look for listings of the U. K. and the rest of europe!

Thanx fer the helpful & kwik feedbak in this query my good friends!

As usual, when you want help and good ideas, yer friends is always the best start point! :D

The kiltmaker directory required kiltmakers and suppliers to enter their own information. If Utilikilts (or others) are not in there it is not beacuse they were omitted, but that maybe no one has sent the link to them, or no one has filled it in yet.

It's been a while since that thing has grown. Make sure you guys send the link to any kiltmakers that you know about and let's get that database growing again.

Bear has a comparison page on his site that I used when first researching kilts.

Good, links list build up resuming!
    xlnt LINKS list MacSimoin.
A consolidated list of links in one location, right here @ xmts can't be too far away. After all the links link is already on the panel up there to the left and the list contained therein is partially filled!
