With Tartan Day 2016 quickly approaching, I would like to see if there is any interest in a get together? April 6th is a Wednesday, or would we rather a weekend? As the Hoffman Estates Celtic Fest was really close to my house, perhaps we could go closer to one of the members who had to travel for the recent gatherings. Any thoughts?

I am down for that, Wednesday the 6th? Or will we be adjusting to the weekend? I just need to know where, and the time to be there!

It was the claddagh pub Geneva. One of my top picks to eat and drink in my area. But if I can somehow get out of work that day I would like to make a pilgrimage to the duke of Perth. But chances are prob slim.

Claddagh pub I can do, a 40 mile hike to Duke of Perth is a bit far for a weekday for me

So it sounds like the Claddagh Pub in Geneva on April 6th. Any thoughts on a time? I am not working that day, so I can adjust to whatever works for the group.

I get off work at 4:30, by the time I get home and change out of work uniform I should be able to meet in Geneva by 6-6:30 myself.

I was about to leave for work all kilted up and I realized I lost a lens from my glasses. I cannot drive without two good eyes, so unless it turns up, I am afraid I will not make it tonight.

Sad to hear you might not be able to attend. I have had that happen too, and what a pain. Can't see to find the lens, or to get to the store for new glasses.

I had a great time last night! And I just now realized we didn't take any pics!!!
