    Another One on the Way!!

I just got an email this afternoon from Jeff at Pittsburgh Kilts. My desert camo kilt is on the way. It should be here by Saturday, or Monday at the latest. Woo Hoo!!!

Awesome Dave!. Strap it on as soon as it get's there so we can hear what you think about it. I've got a Forest MarPat on order now so I'll have to live vicariously thru you for a bit.

The kilt came in the mail saturday. It looks really good and I wore it all day Sunday. It will be a great everyday kilt. One thing I really like is the hidden side pockets - someplace to put my change! In fact, most of the time, I won't need any of the detachable pouches unless I want to carry a lot, but they are available if I need them. The only thing I was wondering is will the stiffness go away somewhat as it's worn and washed.

By the way, no pictures yet, but as soon as I take some I will post them.

Looking at the subject of this thread, one could be forgiven for thinking that we were talking about an addition to the family.."another one on the way"

I guess it feels like that sometimes

Well, we certainly spend enough on them, you would think they were part of the family.

I can understand that -- Kilts don't talk back, and are always pleasant!

    Stiffness

    Dave,

I have the desert MARPAT and forest MARPAT from Jeff and they both softened up nicely with a few washings.

Maybe its a remament of wearing pants for so long, but I sure like the side pockets in my Pittsburgh Kilts, Freedom Kilts, and Utilikilts (mockers and survival IIs).
