Legalized Insanity.

I was wondering, have you noticed the thing Robin Williams calls "Legalized Insanity", is actually common around here ?

I have no idea what Robin williams refers to, I'm no fan of his, but I can think of a number of things in Australia which qualify for legalised insanity.
