    My first Kilt!!!!

Well, my first kilt pleated to the stripe! Some may remember I posted about 2 kilt purchases from eBay made at a weak moment late last year. The first, in the Scottish National, was sent Royal Airmail and was received in 7-10 days. The other, Pride of Scotlan tartan, was shipped ground on or about 10/31. I got it 1/9!

Anyway, finally got some pics. It is a Heritage of Scotland kilt. It is very similar to a SWK standard, maybe a little heavier fabric, 2 buckles, and the pleats are not sewn down to the fell. All in all, I am pleased. Excuse the photography, my 4 year old was the only one available to take a pic!

Great looking kilt, KCW! Bit of deja vu for me though...I've seen one just like that somewhere before.

Hey Rob: sounds (and looks) like a great kilt for the dosh. I've got to tell you, though, you look mighty tall in those photos! :-D

Bryan...a classic example of using a photographer too short to go on the fun rides at the park...

Has anyone else noticed that people do look up to you while kilted? These pictures show us it is true, they look great!

That's a beautiful tartan. Kudo's to your 4-year old. He did a great job with the camera!
