    Just got my SWK!

SWK 2006 Standard, Hunting McLeod, just came in the mail. It fits just fine on the last hole on the straps (bought it planning on losing weight).

Some initial thoughts. I like the feel and weight of the material. It seems a bit light, but there's a lot of fabric, so that may not be a problem. The buckles and straps are good. The length is 1" to long for me, so it hits the middle of the knee, rather than the top. I think I'll just leave it there, rather than hem in. The selvedge seems a bit rough, and the back is incredibly thick since the pleat material isn't cut out, but those are the only real negative things I've noticed.

I'll be wearing it tomorrow (even though I don't have a belt), so I'll post a review of how it wears.

    Cheers,
    Nick

I just got my SWK (Nightstalker) a few weeks ago and love. I am sure you are going to get more of them. They are great for kicking around in. Have fun

Wore my SWK Hntng McLd again yesterday and it IS really easy to wear...I still don't know about the length, though...this b*st*rd is at the bottom of my rib cage...I was wearing a sweater over it so I was the only one who knew how high it was.

...are these the "Dockers" of kilts? By that I mean the ones that you can buy "off the rack" and know that you're getting a serviceable product of decent quality?
