Unbelievable; Clan Cian tartan on the remnants at F&K
This stuff is NEVER available, it costs a mint and there's special licensing and so on and so on.
If you want Clan Cian for a DIY, you'd better BUY IT NOW.

The best value has got to be the fabric on that line on the right. -
Blue & Grey
CDN $6/metre
55% Polyester/65% Wool
For $6 per mtr you are getting 120% rather than just the normal 100% - that's got to be worth the money!
Regards
Chas

Some interesting deals, but I notice that a lot of them are 10 oz. wool. Isn't that a bit light for a men's kilt?

Sorry, the Cian is a bit "festive" for my tastes, but still a good deal for those who desire it.
For those who mourn missing the 16oz Maple Leaf sale from last month they still have 12oz Maple Leaf available for $40CDN per meter, only a bit more than the $30CDN per meter of the 16 oz previous sale. So you can still get the tartan, just in a lighter fabric and at a slightly higher price. Look on page 4 the Canadian tartan page.
Now back to your regularly scheduled programming.

Aye, my Anderson falls into that category of late, maybe I will sell it to Gravity Grrl after all.

Meanwhile, as the rabble fights over the Clan Cian, PF86 thinks, "That 11 oz. navy and burgundy would sure look sharp and feel nice and light at the always-hot-and-steamy KC Highland Games." He stealthily slinks over and orders five yards. No one else is the wiser. Bwahahahahaha!

I really like that Blue & Gray... 11oz seems a wee bit light though...
