When you need computer parts,...
I'm not very smart about some things, but sometimes, I get a bright idea and it fixes it.
My AC charger/adapter for my old Dell Latitude D600 shot cr@ps last night, so today, after work, I went to WalMart to get a replacement. I found a universal adapter that would've fit for $89.99.
Radio Shack: $139.00.
Best Buy: $89.99. For a universal.
I decided to look on eBay and found an actual Dell replacement adapter. $14.99 with free shipping from Canada. It will go out tomorrow. I may have it before the weekend.
I'm not sure why I think this is such a big deal. You can get anything in the world for a song on eBay. But every now and then, I guess I just need that idea drilled into my head one more time.

Yes we are known for our AC charger/adapters... Problem with ebay is the overpriced stores or if I find something at a good price then s&h just gets too rediculous. I use ebay to get a good idea for the value of something sometimes you can get great deals.
