The Phenomenal Cosmic Power of the Kilt
I usually wear a kilt to work on the last work day of the week, we work a 9/80 schedule. But today's my birthday so I wore my kilt to work to treat myself.
Shortly after I arrived at work I went to get a fresh cup of coffee. Upon entering the kitchenette I noticed a man waiting for his Coke to dispense from the machine. It's one of the fancy machines that uses adramatic system of machinery. The electronics of the machine was stuck in some kind of loop so the Coke went round and round but wouldn't come out.
I commented "I keep waiting for the machine to say 'You have 30 seconds to comply'" and viola the Coke came out.
The man turned around, noticed I was kilted and said "I guess all I needed was the guy in the kilt to show up".
Behold, the phenomenal cosmic power of the kilt!

We need a new kilt wearing superhero character now. One who goes from place to place fixing vending machines with the laying on of hands while wearing his kilt.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
Yes, I have squirrels in my brain…

The only reason I don't go kilted more frequently is I don't own enough of them. But our bonuses come out next pay check( this will be the last one for a few years I'm guessing) and I intend on getting a new kilt. It's so hard to pick one cuz I want one of each kind.

Had Fonzie worn a kilt, he wouldn't have had to hit it with his fist; he would've just looked at it and "Earth Angel" would've played.
