    Funny Kilt Story

So -- this past Sunday, my wife and daughter finally had the opportunity to see me march with the band in a local parade. They came with me to warm ups so that Victoria (my daughter) can say hi to the pipers she met last year when I would bring her to listen at practice (and dance for the piper's circle).

Another new member was telling the story of a recent performance where some attendees were neighbors of his. They were enthralled to see him and were asking him questions when he said ... "They asked what I wear underneath" to which he replied "a bathing suit".......

Victoria adds "My dad wears underwear... SEE!!!"

... and proceeds to lift my kilt...

I love my daughter, I love my daughter, I love my daughter!!!!

hahahaha.... A good laugh was had by all...

Aaah, the brutal honesty of children. How dull would our world be without it!

That is something I completely relate to (in a non-kilt way), seems my kids can't resist accidentally pulling up my skirt at church every Sunday!

My son once had the bright idea to grab my kilt pin and act like he was stabbing me with it- in front of his baseball team. God bless kids... Someone said that life would be dull without them That's so true.
