Kilting @ Bellevue Community College...
A total non-event. Been kilted every day I've been there this quarter.

I'll be going "back" to school, also a community college, this summer and have given a little thought of going kilted a few times. I decided it is probably an inevitability (they really embrace cultural diversity and acceptance, and have plenty of different cultural events throughout the year). I'm hoping it will be a non-event as well and I'm glad to hear it wasn't a negative experience for you. Though I'm sure a nice comment every once in a while would be nice to hear too, at least your not catching any flack.

I'm kilted full time as a staff member at my Community College. No problem.

wow
I am an employee and student, er, returning student of a community college here, and never thought about wearing my kilt there. I work in the grounds department though, I could ruin a kilt real quick! Though I am in management now I don't think I want to catch any more attention from my manager/director than I have already! Good for you guys! Keep it up.

It's definitely a non event in Spokane at the Community Colleges. The only school (Whitworth) its seems to be an event is at the Presbyterian School on the north side, go figure!

I really think that when they see you a couple of times Kilted, it turns out to be an everyday thing.
