Post The hilltop view at Edinburgh zoo :D

well after a great day at the zoo with the misses i took about 10 images from the hill top at Edinburgh zoo and made a panoramic image its more a 210`degree image than anything i thought folk on here might enjoy the view but a photo never does it justice

here is a folder with more of the images id taken,

    http://s666.photobucket.com/albums/v...osal/?newest=1
id only took a couple of hundred photos so i selected about 50 for folk to view of what Edinburgh zoo has to offer for those who haven't been before
the only down side of getting to Edinburgh from coatbridge for non drivers is ......i have to travel 8 miles west to Glasgow by train to then get a train from Glasgow to travel east again for a 40 miles trip to Edinburgh haymarket!!!..(yup silly ain't it ) there is a new rail link being built to link airdrie the neighbouring town to bathgate so it should make things easier in the future but thats how its been for folk wanting to go east for years here in the central belt

the images contain animals ranging from Scottish wildcats to the polar bear ,
theres about 32 species in the folder i tried to take a image of every species they had .... but its late and id be here all night trying to sort which to show and what not to show....... enjoy

oooo and heres there penguin cam

I've seen some great pics from this zoo. A student of mine actually held her wedding there. I first thought "a wedding at a zoo?". But when she showed me the pics, and the view from the main building, it was a perfect spot. Truly a beautiful sight.
