    Finally Kilted!

After the waiting.. and then having some mishaps fall upon the production and shipping of my kilt, atlast I am finally kilted!

It's from Arizona Kilts, 13oz Strathmore Machine Stitched in MacDonald of the Isles Hunting Ancient Tartan.

And from the back, showing it's pleated to sett..

And upclose to show the tartan and sporran..

And finally, one shot from the side, showing kilt pin and matching flashes.

It's my first kilt, and I am soo happy with it. It fits incredibly well, and its very comfortable to wear.

    Slainte,

Ahhh, nice look cousin! What happened to the kilt straps? Is it held with velcro?

My belt was covering the kilt buckles...

And I'm already thinking about another kilt. But first I do need to get a few pair of different colored hose, and maybe another set of flashes too..

Everyone here is right about one thing.. it is addicting!

Looking good. As you say a coloured pair of hose would be nice. I generally wear my kilt belt a wee bit lower, just under the straps. All in all a nice look you have going there. Welcome to the addiction.
