Last thursday I attended the last meeting of The Caledonian Society of Norway before Christmas. We were served a traditional Norwegian Christmas dinner, pork ribb, meatballs, Christmas sausage and sauerkraut.

Including this meeting I have attended two meetings which is required before applying for membership.

During dinner I was adressed by the president of the society where he granted me my membership with a toast in fine whisky. I reseived the membership tie and pin.

This was a very proud moment for me.

The tie and pin.

Esteemed members of the society. Our own Freelander Sporrano in the middle.

Here I am with Freelander Sporrano.
