Housefly Warrior Tartan?
When I take my kilts off for the night I lay them out on the pressing table and roll the days pug hair off with a lint roller. After peeling the dirty sticky sheet off, I park the roller, on end, for the next days use - uncovered. Yesterday, at some time, the fly I had been chasing around the house for three days found the roller and stuck. First time for this. I didn't notice until I had dehaired the apron.
No visible mark, but I know it's there. Upside is the fly is gone. Downside is the wearing cycle for this USAK Warrior tartan casual got cut short a day. Already washed and hang drying.
Lesson - Got flies, cover the roller.

Pants is only a present tense verb here. I once panted, but it's all cool now.
