    paralimpic belt

This year my resort had the honor of hosting a nordic paralimpic world cup for the second time. This is the coolest event I have ever been involved with in 15yrs of this line of work,to say that to work with these athletes is inspiring just doesn't do it justice. This year my self and two others were presented with some gifts from some of the teams as a token of thanks one of them was a belt buckle from the U.S. team. So I asked Donnie if a kilt belt could be made that would fit this buckle and have the logo for our event(each event gets it's own logo from the I.P.C.) and some celtic knotwork to fill out the belt.He said that he could do this for me and gave me a price and a timeline for the work.So here it is and then some notes on the whole process.

    The buckle and logo

    The logo and knotwork

    The belt in action

I do not have the words to say how great Donnie was to work with on this. This ment a lot to me and he hit this one right out of the park, the logo is perfect, the knotwork is great and it fits the buckle and me like a glove. Also to talk about a great turn around time, he beat the timeline he gave me by almost half.So thanks to Donnie for taking this on for me,the GREAT deal on the price and the over all wonderfull experience of working with Wyvern Leatherworks.

A quality item - And unique!

Well done to all concerned - the wearer, the maker and to the athletes themselves.

    Regards
