    New kilt in the future

When my income tax refund comes in I will have a new kilt made, since I have lost all those inches, I passed on my previous kilt to my son.
Now comes the harder part, do I invest in an Argyle jacket and vest? I may only wear it once or is this vanity?

Why not slide down to a kilt rental store and see what they'd be willing to sell you in a used black barathea? It's how I got my first one. Half price, no issues with it whatever, they took it in to fit me perfectly and it's beautiful... except that I've lost weight. It's a 52. What do you wear?

    Hey Aonghas,

I am planning a simlilar thing with my tax refund :-) A new kilt and a tweed jacket in lovat green by HR
Always great planning on a new kilt. What will it be?
An Argyll jacket is very versatile. I think if you have it you'll wear it...

Best wishes and greetings from Germany,
