First Attempt at a Kilt Pin - Wooden Hare

I wanted something a bit more unique than the ubiquitous claymore kilt pin. I've always been fond of rabbits and thought I'd look for a rabbit or hare kilt pin. After about 15 minutes of Googling I came back empty handed and decided I would just have to do it myself (on that note, if you happen to know where I could find one please drop me a PM). I had a small piece of 3/8" Osage Orange collecting dust in the garage - after a couple evenings of toying around with it, I ended up with this:



And here it is on my Black Watch (I have a few pets, as my kilt can attest to)



I'm rather pleased with how it came out - it has a Pict-esque look that I am really liking. I have some Purple Heart on the same shelf that I'm eyeballing now, just need to find some inspiration.
