No, it is not a kilt, it is a tattoo and not even celtic themed one, even the cross is only a Lorraine Cross but I think it will look very cool when I walk topless at summer in a kilt wearing my Roman style 2,5" nail pendant "Isaiah 53:5" engraved to the side of it. Fits the style perfectly!
