I bought this a while ago but not had a chance to try it.
Today we did a 11km hike in the Highlands, it was quite cold with light rain, so, out came the caped crusader!!

It worked well, while the material is not as good as my Gortex wet weather coat, yet this did at least cover the kilt well and was comfortable to wear.
