Last Friday afternoon I found The Kilted Nation had a sale on Amerikilts, down to $65 from $100. Ordered one on line, and on getting the e-mail confirmation found that the length was wrong, even though I had ordered the correct length. By now maybe five minutes had passed since I completed the order. So I called the store. Brad answered the phone and was happy to correct the order and return the wrong size to the shelf. He had picked the order already!!!

Brad called me shortly after and we then had a further phone conversation as the USPS does not always recognize my address in their system. Brad said he would hand carry the parcel if necessary. About 15 minutes later I got an e-mail to say he had resolved the address issue.

This morning a priority mail package arrived with the new kilt, #10 in the kollection.

Don't know if Brad learned from Jerry at SWK but we have two vendors now who really understand the meaning of customer service and super fast delivery.
