Stag Handled Projects
After recieving some antler from ebay, I have been busy trying to use every part of them. Using antler can be addictive.

I'm going to be be looking for more antlers, its really fun working with it.

First off - Awesome work. Those look great.
Second - To secure the blades in the antler did you use pins (didn't notice any) or an epoxy? Or did you soak them and then push the antler onto the tang?
When spring rolls around I plan on trying my hand at a few stag handle blades.

I drilled a hole to match the tangs depth, and filled with JB Weld, let dry. It cool because the epoxy matches the bone when sanded. Eventually I plan on trying to use brass caps on the handles, still have to work on it. Thanks for the compliments.

may sound like a dumb question but where do you find Stag Antlers in the spring, and why the spring?
