Christmas Miracle

I'm calling this our Christmas miracle even though it's not Christmas yet. I'm too tired to think of anything else to call it.
My step mother was hospitalized on 11/28 with what at the time was thought to be pneumonia. She was placed in the ICU. Tests showed she had emphysema and lung cancer which had spread throughout her body. She was given three rounds of chemo last week and her condition deteriorated severely. Last Friday her condition worsened and she was moved to a private room so we could be with her. The Drs told us that night that it would be a miracle if she was alive the next morning. Well, she was. Over the next few days her conditioned slowly improved. Today she has been up walking around and if nothing goes wrong she'll be released tomorrow.
Throughout this she has had our prayers.
