and now, the moment you've all been waiting for...

Here I am, in my Newsome modern Lockhart tank, in a kilt shirt (which I don't particularly like), my Wal-Mart walking shoes, and just for you, Jock, cream-colored hose.
I've been slow to post pics because I have a painfully slow connection at home and I can't do stuff like this at work.
This was shot Saturday in my back yard.

Here's a close-up of my 'coon skin sporran.

    More to follow!

I think the links need a .JPG or other graphics extension in order to show up using the IMG tag....

But you can still see the pix if you go here:

Thanks, McMurdo, for trying to fix the problem. My pics have .jpg extensions, so I must be doing something else wrong. Imagine that. Any advice?

Very nice kilt. Did you make the sporran?

Nice kilt. How does the sporran flap secure?

    Standard,
Yes, I made the sporran. The fur is from the back of the animal. The kilt side of the sporran is a piece of suede I bought at a crafts store.
    Highlander31,
The tail is sewn onto the flap, and the weight of it keeps the flap closed.

I apologize for not posting the pics correctly, but I appreciate you taking the time to open the links.

    the tail

I sure do like the way that you were able to incorporate the tail into your sporran design. Now I need to find a way to get that armadillo tail of mine to cooperate! Come to think of it......I just got a great idea!
