Last sat we played at our friends wedding. It was one of the nicest, friendliest and best weddings we have ever played at. It was in a small hamlet in the vale of glamorgan (14th cent church, lots of thatched cottages) and the 'do' after was in the tiny village hall close to the church. It was a dress down wedding with everybody wearing their everyday clothes including the bride and groom. There were 60 people there and each and everyone one of them sure knew how to have a good time. It was a typical village wedding. The family and guests all made various food offerings to bring along others brought the booze and everyone mucked in to help. It was a complete diy affair, simple, but brilliant. Heres some pics.

While they were finishing at the tables we set up in the tiny space available. Arwyn assures me he was testing a mic in this pic .. I think he telling a porky

Quick pose while setting up

Then they cleared the tables and the bride and groom cut the cake
