family toast
For years our family has always used "Here's lookin' up yer kilt!" as a fun and informal family toast. But today was the first time I (or anyone for that matter) had ever worn a kilt to a family dinner and suddenly the toast took on an entirely different meaning!
That being said, after a few big grins and a couple quick jokes everyone seemed to readily get over my new bit of choice in wardrobe and I actually got several compliments on the MacPherson Hunting tartan I was wearing.
Yers aye,
