Tradition dieing with the new generation?

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...cool-kilt.html

Found this interesting as my sons loved the kilts even in their teens!

Seems this is an old article though, How does he do now with kilts, still reluctant?

The article is certainly an old one given that William has now graduated!

But still no sign that I know of nor with Harry.

The question remains as to whether or not he will always refuse. Once he is Duke of Rothesay it would create offence IMHO for him not to follow family tradition when in Scotland.

On the one occasion when I was a guest at a royal garden party at Holyrood hosted by Prince Charles, neither Prince Charles nor Prince William wore kilts although most of the male guests were kilted.
I think Prince William is not typical of the younger generation, I see lots of young men wearing kilts nowadays, either formally for a special night out, or casually to spectate at rugby and soccer games.
