Would anyone know where to buy a kilt or accessories in the GTA or Hamilton, ON area? I would like to get my brother a kilt for his birthday in a couple of weeks but since it's his first and a surprise and his bday is mid april, I waited too long to order one online.

Also how do I measure it for him to be sure it will be long enough? He is a tall guy (6'2) and all legs (34 in inseam).

Any advise is appreciated!
